Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zircon CoachUp (coachup.zirconshop.in) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (if given), password (stored only as a secure hash) and profile photo.
• Learning data: enrollments, lesson progress, quiz results, live-class attendance, reviews and certificates.
• Orders: what you bought, amount, payment method, UTR / gateway reference and, for print books, the delivery address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and security logs used to keep the site safe.

How we use it

To run your account and courses, confirm payments, issue certificates, deliver books, answer support requests and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Your course instructor sees your name, progress and attendance for their own courses. A book author sees the delivery details of their print orders.
• Payment providers (such as Razorpay) process card / UPI / NetBanking payments; we never see or store your card details.
• Zircon EDOS, if you sign in with EDOS, to confirm your membership and rank.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data or close your account, email coachup@zirconshop.in. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are kept for the required period.
