Refund Policy

Courses and eBooks are digital products that you can access as soon as payment is confirmed, so purchases are not refundable.

We will always refund or fix

• Duplicate payments for the same order.
• A payment that was deducted but the order was not activated (after verification).
• A print book that was not shipped by the author.

Write to coachup@zirconshop.in with your order number and UTR / transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
